EXPERTISE Andri Ganzoni has 16 years of experience working in and with commercial companies and NGOs. He combines this experience with a passion for litigation and negotiation at both the national and international level. Andri believes in a thorough initial analysis of a case and in the setting of solid objectives. He then pursues these objectives with consistency, even if the road to get there may be bumpy. He is always looking for new challenges. He is not afraid of controversy if he knows it will be worthwhile.

 

FOCUS AREAS Andri Ganzoni is focusing on litigation, in the area of a wide range of contracts, in intellectual property and unfair competition law, as well as in the area of media law and personal rights protection. He regularly supports foreign clients and law firms in the enforcement of court decisions and arbitration awards in Switzerland and advises them international legal assistance procedures, for example when it comes to introducing evidence located in Switzerland into a foreign court case.

 

​CAREER Andri Ganzoni studied law at the University of Geneva and at the Duke Geneva Institute in Transnational Law. He has additional training (CAS) in finance and accounting. He is admitted to the Zurich bar and is admitted to practice as a lawyer in Switzerland. He worked in a large commercial law firm, in an industrial company and then at Advokatur GTK.​

 

LANGUAGES Andri Ganzoni speaks German (native language), is fluent English and French, and speaks Italian at conversational level.
